Return & Refund Policy

At GROOMMM, we take pride in delivering high-quality automotive care products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — with clarity and fairness.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request cancellation, email us at [contact@groommm.in] with your order number.

Refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received is defective

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality

  • Change of mind


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@groommm.in

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory to process damage-related claims.

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable).

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may need to self-ship the product (shipping reimbursement will be provided upon approval).

  • Refund/replacement will be processed after product inspection.


5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will require bank account details for refund processing.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement instead of refund in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement will be shipped after verification and approval.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Microfiber cloths (if opened)

  • Accessories once used

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)


8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@groommm.in
