1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Products damaged due to misuse

Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory to process damage-related claims.
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Return Pickup & Inspection

If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable).

If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may need to self-ship the product (shipping reimbursement will be provided upon approval).

Refund/replacement will be processed after product inspection.
5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

COD orders will require bank account details for refund processing.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement instead of refund in case of:

Replacement will be shipped after verification and approval.
